For VENDORS interested in exhibiting at the ACCGE/OMVPE Conference, we certainly look forward to having you and appreciate your help in supporting the conference. 

The following is the information you need to know for exhibiting at ACCGE/OMVPE 2025:

  • The Exhibition is a full day Monday, July 14th & Tuesday, July 15th, and till noon Wednesday, July 16th

  • Registration and payment are required to reserve a space. The cost is $1,675 USD.

  • One full conference registration & one banquet ticket is included with each booth.  Additional of each can be purchased via the website. 

  • Space assignment will be determined later. Here is the room layout (3-27-25).

  • Sponsors will have earlier choice of spaces depending on when they sign up.

  • The Opening Reception is Sunday, July 13th (time to be determined, starting at 5 or 6pm).

  • Vendors will have time to access & set up their booth Sunday, July 13th starting at about 3pm or 4pm. 

  • The standard booth package will include: 

    • a 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, waste basket, & a name sign. 

    • Electricity can be ordered via the link on the website, as well as different booth furnishings. 

    • The floor is already carpeted. 

  • A Vendor Reception will be held in the Vendor area, Monday, July 14th starting around 5pm or 6pm (official time TBD).

  • Coffee, etc… will probably start around 7am each morning, with other breaks mid-morning & mid-afternoon.

  • After Noon on Wednesday, all vendor materials must be packed up as soon as possible to set up the room for another event.  Do not leave & come back later to do this. 

  • VENDOR SHIPPING:  Vendor shipping (& pipe & drape, audio visual, electricity, furniture, etc…) will be done by FERN EXPO.  You can ship your booth materials/crates, etc… to them at the address below, to be received there between June 16th & no later than July 10th. 

  • They will deliver everything to the show. 

  • MAKE SURE YOUR MATERIALS HAVE YOUR COMPANY NAME ON THEM & A NOTE THAT IT IS FOR THE AACG CONFERENCE AT THE LODGE. 

  • ADD YOUR BOOTH NUMBER IF IT IS AVAILABLE. 

  • WE RECOMMEND NOT SHIPPING DIRECT TO THE HOTEL AS EXTRA CHARGES MAY APPLY.  

  • SHIP TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS:

  • All outbound shipments will also be handled by FERN Expo.  I would suggest prepaid labels, however FERN can also arrange for return shipment at their standard charges.

  • Pipe/drape company information TBA. 

  • It is the responsibility of the Vendor to make sure all of this is taken care of.
